Do you really guarantee exceptional service, client confidentiality and breakthrough results? Yes, we stand behind the quality, confidentiality and success our work provides clients. We do exceptional work with one to one/one to group service by telephone, skype, video conferencing and/or face to face. If individual clients do not see results by the end of their 4th coaching session, we will refund coaching fees.

What is the 3Q Edge™? The achievement of results that accelerate and sustain three powerful and critical success factors: Enhanced IQ (enhanced mind power-greater focus, intentionality, whole brain thinking) EQ (emotional intelligence) SQ (the power within or spiritual quotient/ please note that Just Coach It clients come from all religions and spiritual paths; spiritual quotient refers to tapping into your highest power, your greatest creativty and strength).

What is emotional intelligence or EQ/EI? Now recognized as one of the most critical drivers of personal and business success, and an important enabler of leadership; emotional intelligence is the capacity to understand and manage your emotions, understand the emotions of others, and use your emotions to motivate the best in yourself and others. However, like leadership EQ/EI cannot simply be learned or trained, it must be LIVED. And, that is why our EQ/EI focused coaching is so effective.
Where are Just Coach It clients located? All over the world. There are no geographic boundaries to our work. Irene does breakthrough work with clients by telephone, skype, virtual/video conferencing, or face to face. In fact the majority of clients prefer telephone coaching, because Irene is a master at this coaching modality, and it is a very cost and time effective way of being coached. Yes, you, and or members of your team, clients, or family members can work with Irene from your office, home, while you are on the road, face to face…from almost anywhere!

Where are the gimmicks and slick incentives? There are no slick incentives to buy anything on our website. We do not do slick. How can you guarantee the confidentiality of the coach and coachee relationship when working with clients within the same organization? One of the most critical elements in coaching is the synergy and trust between coach and coachee(s). Most internal coaching programs or mentorship programs are ineffective because it is impossible to maintain confidentiality. We have a protocol that we use, that guarantees confidentiality and respects shared goals and objectives that have been agreed upon between coach, coachee(s) and the organization or client.
Can I Just Coach It before work, during work or after work hours? Yes, we do great work in different time zones, and have offer great flexibility in terms of client sessions early morning, selected evenings and during the work day. We are here to serve YOU. And, we are committed to the confidentiality and exceptional service that has helped the exceptional people who are our clients achieve exceptional results.
